A one-day gentle yoga and natural dye retreat in the Wicklow Mountains

Take a day to disconnect from your everyday life and reconnect to your body, your creative spirit and the web of life around you! Join Jenise O'Brien from Wicklow Soul Yoga and Malú Colorín from Talú in a gathering to welcome the Autumn Equinox by tapping into your curiosity and that elusive sense of childlike awe.

This day is an invitation to give your body and soul some breath work, meditation and gentle yoga. You're also invited to reconnect to the landscape while foraging for colour sources, before getting creative with a natural dyeing for textiles workshop. The retreat includes a delicious two-course lunch and access to the Deerstone's amenities: sauna, seaweed baths, swim spa, meditation hut and hammocks for a cosy nap.

🔹 9:00am - 9:30am — Greeting with tea & coffee
🔹 9:45am - 11:30am — Breathwork, meditation, gentle yoga flow and relaxing yin with Jenise
🔹 11:45am - 1:00pm — Natural dyeing workshop (part 1) with Malú
🔹 1:00 - 2:00pm — Delicious two-course lunch by The Deerstone's in-house chef
🔹 2:00pm - 3:00pm — Natural dyeing workshop (part 2) with Malú
🔹 3:00pm - 4:00pm — Free time to enjoy the beautiful space! (sauna, seaweed baths, swim spa, meditation hut, hammocks and walking trail)
🔹 4:15pm - 4:45pm — Closing circle with Jenise & Malú
